Hi, I’m June and I live deep in the Lithuanian countryside. I like to grow vegetables and go for long walks with the dog, but mostly I like food – thinking about it, talking about it, travelling in search of it and, of course, eating it. I try to cook everything from scratch using local ingredients. Please have a look around – welcome to My Food Odyssey.

I live fairly close to Rioja!
Make a path for wineries is a great pleasure …

Lucky you! It’s such a beautiful place – it was one of our favourites on the trip.

The WP spellchecker undersquiggles bloody everything. I’ve no idea what dictionary it uses… something American… the Redneckster or whatever it’s called.

There’s a lot of words it doesn’t recognise – I usually have to click the “ignore” option several times per post. Keeps me on my toes, though!
