Food Word of the Day: Nacarat

Food Word of the Day: Nacarat | www.myfoododyssey.com

This is not strictly speaking a food word – it could be used to describe anything. However, it satisfies two of my criteria – it’s a lovely-sounding word and it’s evocative. So I will leave you for the weekend with the image of a burning orange sunset being enjoyed with a delicious cocktail in hand.

This post is part of my Food Word of the Day series. See more words here.

I just happen to love this colour! It’s my new obsession, as I restore/renovate and decorate my mid-century modern (1969-built) home.

That sounds like a wonderfully vibrant colour for a house, Nancy. Maybe share a few photos with us when you have it finished!

It’s a loooong road, something I know you’re familiar with. 🙂 Hoping to start the kitchen renovation in June when I get back from Vegas.
