Updated “About Me” Page

As regular readers of this blog and the associated Facebook page will know, the content of the blog has changed slightly in recent months to reflect our decision to buy a home in Lithuania. The blog is still, ultimately, a blog about my journeys with food – now focused on growing and producing it myself. As this is something I haven’t done before I am liable to hit some bumps along the way!
I will be writing about how we’re settling into our new life (which is a major lifestyle change for me in particular) our renovations, setting up our garden and greenhouse, acquiring our livestock and our strides towards being as self-sufficient as we can be, not only with our food but also with our alcoholic beverages, home décor and some clothing.
I am also striving to hone my photography skills and hope to include some postcards from our journey, such as the ones below taken of the fruit trees bursting into life in our garden and a stunning wintery sunset.
I have updated the “About Me” page to reflect these recent changes – please do have a read.
We hope that you will stay with us on our new adventures! As always, your thoughts and feedback are most welcome.
Thanks for reading,
June.

Cheers Brian! Hopefully I’ll be able to draw on my Product Management experience when creating my new food product. Might be back to you with a DP3 and business case for review!!! (As well as some tastings, of course!)
